The studio
Forge-AI builds artificial-intelligence products. It does not advise on them, audit them or run pilots that die in a presentation: it writes them, deploys them and keeps them running.
Five products come out of here, and all of them are running today.
What "studio" means here
An agency sells hours. A consultancy sells a recommendation. A studio builds things and stays with them.
The difference shows in three places:

A fit if
- You need the whole product, not a pilot: model, data, interface and deployment.
- The problem is about data or workflow. If the bottleneck is finding the sources, scoring relevance or chaining steps that are manual today, that is where we win.
- You want to talk to the person building it. There is no management layer to translate.
- You accept starting small. A useful product in weeks is worth more than a complete one in a year.
