What is Forge-AI, exactly?
An AI product studio. We build products — our own and bespoke ones for clients — and keep them running. Not consulting, not audits, not pilots that die in a presentation.
Is this a marketing or social media agency?
No. If you need ads, social media or branding, a marketing agency is the right door. We build the product behind the campaign, not the campaign.
Can we hire your team by the hour?
No. We take on products, not seats. If you need bodies inside your team, a staffing firm will serve you better.
Do you offer SLAs, certifications or 24/7 on-call?
No. If your procurement needs formal certifications or a contractual SLA with a 24/7 team, you need a larger vendor. We say it upfront to save both of us time.
Can you deploy on-premise or in our own cloud?
No. Our products are deployed and maintained by us. If on-premise is a hard requirement, look for a systems integrator.
Do you publish prices?
No. Every product is quoted after scoping, because scope is what drives cost. Nothing is a subscription and nothing is billed by the hour.
What languages do you work in?
Spanish and English. Products, content and support in both.
