SEATING PLAN

Your table and your seat, one QR scan away.

There is life beyond the paper seating chart. The board with columns of names at the entrance, the queue to find yourself on it, the A3 plan crossed out with post-its, and the place cards that get reprinted twice in the last week.

This product was born at a real wedding: Forge-AI's founder programmed the table plan for his own in August 2026, and that same system is what other couples get.

What it does

BeforeNow
A seating board at the entrance and a queue to read itEach guest scans a QR, types their name and the plan takes them to their seat
Printed table names and place cardsEvery table's names on screen, nothing printed
Menu and allergy counts done by handThe count comes out on its own, table by table
The schedule on a sign nobody looks atThe menu and the timings on everyone's phone
A last-minute change means reprintingYou change it in the plan and everyone sees it at once

It is shared with a link or a QR on a small sign. It works on any phone, nothing to install.

The web invitation

The seating plan pairs with a wedding invitation that is not a PDF: countdown to the big day, gallery, how to get to the ceremony and the venue, and RSVP with menu choice in one tap. Nothing printed, and nobody chased on WhatsApp to find out who is coming.

Who it is for

Couples organising their own wedding, and wedding planners who run several a year. It also works for any event with assigned tables: company dinners, galas, conferences.

How to get it

  1. You send us the guest list and the table plan (a spreadsheet is fine).
  2. We set it up with the table names, the menus and the day's schedule.
  3. You get the link and the QR to print a single sign.
  4. Changes up to the day itself: you make them, or we do.

Quoted per event. Write to us through the form on the home page or on Instagram at @forgeai.studio with the word SEATING.
